Through my years of experience, my most-valuable learning has been this: don’t overthink, move forward, and stay positive. Things will work out. There is no perfect moment to start. Hard work is the ultimate key to success. So just deep dive, work hard and remain confident. Success is a matter of mindset.

I view adversity as an opportunity to learn. Self-confidence and persistence are the keys to facing and overcoming adversity. I replace the negative self-talk with empowering beliefs that help to build a positive mindset.
