Policies and Strategies

We have been operating our business responsibly since our inception and our company has therefore been practicing corporate social responsibility (CSR) in many areas of its business since a very long time. Our company holds strong values and ethics when it comes to the corporate social responsibility policies and strategies.


In 2014-2015, we decided to formalize its CSR initiatives in various areas of business and identify gaps between its existing systems and the international & local standards on CSR. We adopted the Dubai Chamber CSR Label assessment tool to conduct a self-assessment on its level of CSR commitment.


CSR Label assessment tool was chosen since it is based on international standards & best practices and tailored to the Middle East specifically to Dubai and the UAE. We have also participated and been winner of Dubai 100 SME award cycle of 2013 & 2015.Where as in, 2015 Dubai 100 SME, we were ranked 5th under the corporate social responsibility parameter. We have also participated in the CSR Label award cycle of 2016 further strengthening our strong commitment to CSR.


We have integrated our CSR policies with the existing integrated management system and embed it in the training process for the new and existing employees.

We are resolved to give back to the stakeholders, community and environment by;

  • Creating a rewarding, inclusive workplace for our people by encouraging personal development, recognizing good performance, fostering equal opportunity and ensuring employee health, safety and work- life balance.
  • Support community and charitable programs that provide long-term solutions that support and encourage employee participation in their local community
  • Eliminate or minimize any adverse impacts that organization activities and projects have on the environment. Raise employee, client and community awareness of the importance of environmental sustainability.

We have a unified structure and reporting system to handle our CSR activities. We have mapped our CSR policies and developed our strategies based on the four impact areas outlined in the Dubai Chamber CSR model – Workplace, Marketplace, Community and Environment.


Workplace- Employee care

We seek to maintain a healthy work environment by ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our employees, and providing a fulfilling and rewarding career for all. We also strongly support our employee through succession planning, training and career development. In recent years, we’ve continued to refine our employee offerings and implement initiatives that meet business needs in the most efficient and effective manner. These include a new portfolio of globally accredited training courses, and an impressive array of employee benefits.


Marketplace

Customer care Working closely with our stakeholders, we aim to exceed our customers’ expectations, and create an experience they will enjoy – again and again. Environment & Sustainability

We’re committed to running our business in an environmentally sound and sustainable manner. We strive to ensure our processes and products have minimal adverse environmental impact (commensurate with the legitimate needs of the business). And we encourage our employees to develop a sustainable approach to their work.

  • We’ve recently implemented more efficient lighting, inside all our facility.

  • In recent years we’ve invested in processes and systems to ease work place equilibrium including state-of the-art working zones.
  • Our 24/7 service team is always on hand to assist, from the moment someone steps into our office and vice versa.
